It’s all about perspective.

24 points to ponder for 2024.

REGROWTH wanted to close out the year by giving our valued clients 24 points to ponder for 2024.

  1. Does your team have goals? Are they documented? Do they provide clarity, have milestone measurements and deadlines? Aligned and focused teams are 43% more likely to achieve their goals if they are written down and visualised frequently.

  2. Do you have diversity of thought and coaching in your business? What aren’t you doing or measuring that might have an impact?

  3. Get curious about what's possible – are you getting outside your every day and giving yourself the best opportunity to realise joy, high performance, and financial freedom?

  4. Have you had a full medical check lately?

  5. When was the last review of your home loan?

  6. Schedule annual leave for the year ahead and give yourself something to look forward to and work towards.

  7. What is the investment you are committing to your craft next year?

  8. What will your 2024 client experience program look like, how will you delight and deliver the unexpected?

  9. Have you planned your client events – frequency, audience and content?

  10. Shake it up – is it time to review your internal meetings approach and agendas – if you are sick of the rhythm, chances are everyone else is too. Engage the team and align to priorities and skill development.

  11. Feedback – are you getting better together, do you have accountability partners, buddies or mentors? What is the forum to elevate and collaborate?

  12. Book a Study Tour, find out what industry has learnt along the way or are doing better than you. Find more information on our New Zealand Study Tour.

  13. Gap analysis and skill competency – what are you good at, what is holding you back, what to do more and less of. Book an event with REGROWTH.

  14. Prioritise phone over text and email.

  15. Record clients preferred communication in your database or as a tag in your PM software.

  16. Record how far the client lives from your office or start analysing the data in your database. How many male, female, other in your database?

  17. Record and capture tags and categories around pools, tennis courts, weather board homes and send information that is relevant to that customer on property features.

  18. How do you onboard clients – vendors, landlords, tenants, and employees to set the relationship and expectations up for success?

  19. Know and be able to define and articulate your point of difference.

  20. Be better than anyone else at one thing.

  21. Create habits that prioritise the results you want to achieve and not deviate from the priorities.

  22. Remember your vibe attracts your tribe.

  23. Language playbook - do not tell yourself stories, focus on the positive and mind.

  24. Give back in 2024. What will you be involved in to make a difference?
