REGROWTH Event Terms & Conditions

By registering for any REGROWTH event, courses or memberships, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Commitment 

  • Once attendance is confirmed, the full fee becomes due and payable. 

  • The fee is non-refundable, regardless of personal circumstances or changes in availability. 

  • We understand the importance of supporting your business and personal circumstances, but we are a small business & cannot operate a consulting, coaching & events company where attendees & participants change their mind, commit to an event, course or membership and then later retract.

  • If there are changes to events due to government restrictions banning the event from going ahead or an event beyond human control, disrupting the event proceeding then the ticket maybe transferred to an alternate date. If a lock down occurs and permits attendees from travelling, then your reservation will be carried over to another session that works for you and our business or if the event is cancelled by way of a lockdown you will receive a refund.

  • If a venue that is used for a retreat or event goes into receivership then REGROWTH consultancy will not be responsible for any damages or loss incurred.

  • Once members have confirmed their membership the full amount for the community will become due and payable.

2. Ticket Policy 

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by a REGROWTH director. 

  • Ensure the correct attendee name is provided at the time of registration. 

3. Participation & Conduct 

  • Participation in all event activities is at your own risk. 

  • No recreational drugs are permitted at any time. REGROWTH reserves the right to remove any attendee or speaker in breach of this policy and notify authorities if necessary. 

  • We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the event. 

4. Media & Intellectual Property 

  • By attending, you grant REGROWTH Consultancy the right to use any photographic, video, audio, or digital content featuring you for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes, without compensation. 

  • All intellectual property rights in such content will remain the sole property of REGROWTH Consultancy. 

5. Data & Communications 

  • REGROWTH and its partners may store and use your personal data to inform you of future events, services, and resources that support business growth and efficiency with your consent, as a member of our business and database, you can unsubscribe or opt out of marketing communications at any time.

  • Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 

6. Force Majeure 

  • REGROWTH is not liable for any cancellation, delay, or change to the event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies).
