Once attendees have confirmed their attendance the full amount for the event will become due and payable.

We are here to work with you to ensure sustainability of your business, market share and personal circumstance but please remember we are also running a business and if you give us your commitment to attend, you will be required to honour the booking. The event fee is non-refundable.

All participation in activities is undertaken at your own risk.

No recreational drugs to be permitted during the event, we will not hesitate to ask speakers to leave or call the police.

I acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in any digital content of myself created at the event will vest in and remain with REGROWTH Consultancy, and that REGROWTH Consultancy will at any time in the future be entitled to use all such digital content for any purpose including but not limited to advertising, promotion, marketing and/or packaging for any product or service at any time in the future. Digital content includes photographic, video, audio or any other content.

We and our partners may store and access personal data to advise you of industry events, products and services from time to time that we believe will assist you with efficiencies growth and scale.

Ensure that the correct individual is listed at the time of purchase, as tickets cannot be transferred unless agreed by a director in writing.
