Terms & Conditions.
Once members have confirmed their membership the full amount for the community will become due and payable.
If there are changes to dates due to government restrictions and/or lock downs that permit attendees from travelling, then your membership will be carried over or you will receive a partial refund for the period.
We are here to work with you to ensure sustainability of your business, market share and personal circumstance but please remember we are also running a business and if you give us your commitment to join, you will be required to honour the community membership.
The membership fee is non-refundable.
COVID-19 Information.
Our venues/hosts are vigilant in meeting the government’s guidelines and requirements with respect to hospitality, cleaning guidelines and best practice hygiene.
We ask during your visit you regularly wash your hands and practice good hygiene and be respectful of your fellow guests so everyone stays safe and healthy.
We would ask if you are unwell, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been in a position where you have been a close contact of someone with COVID-19 that you check and abide by Government Guidelines.
You may be required to complete COVID-19 registration forms leading up to face-to-face events.
Sanitiser and check-in stations will be provided inline with Government Guidelines.
