Retreat Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions.

Once guests have confirmed their attendance the full amount of our events will become due and payable.

If there are changes to events due to government restrictions banning the event from going ahead or an event beyond human control, disrupting the event proceeding then the ticket will be transferred to an alternate date. If lock downs or illness permit attendees from travelling, then your reservation will be carried over to another session that works for you and our business. We are here to work with you to ensure sustainability of your business, market share and personal circumstance but please remember we are also running a business and if you give us your commitment to attend, you will be required to honour the booking. The event fee is non-refundable. However, the reservation can be used at a later date at another retreat subject to availability.

If the guest withdraws their attendance they will not be intitled to a refund or transfers to another event.

If an event you have purchased a ticket for is cancelled in full and an alternate is not rescheduled your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

If a refund is granted it will only be applied in the same manor in which you purchased the ticket.

We reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute venues and/or speakers.

It is a requirement that all guests must complete and return the safety, illness, injury liability form prior to attending one of our events.

If a venue that is used for a retreat is sold or goes into receivership the client will receive a refund providing there has not been a deposit paid.

COVID-19 Information.

Our hosts are vigilant in meeting the government’s guidelines and requirements with respect to hospitality, cleaning guidelines and best practice hygiene.

In addition to Dungowan Stations strong cleaning practices, they are continuing to improve procedures in all with respect to your stay. The boxing equipment is new and only used exclusively for Regrowth retreats and all attendees will receive sterilised mitt inserts before any classes.

You can bring your own yoga mat or elect to use a sterilised one from the property.

The housekeeping team will thoroughly clean and sanitise all tiny homes, common areas, and facilities.

Meals will be individually plated, and our hosts will follow stringent health and food safety standards.

We ask during your stay you regularly wash your hands and practice good hygiene and be respectful of your fellow guests so everyone stays safe and healthy.

All conference room sessions will take place with spaces placed 1.5m apart. And we would ask if you are unwell or have been in a position where you may have been in close contact with someone with COVID you do not attend and abide by Government Guidelines.

Sanitiser will be placed in your tiny home, the function centre and on tables at meal times so that guests can sanitise their hands.
