With over 30 years' experience in the real estate industry, Kylie is renowned as a highly influential figure in property, business, sales mastery, and leadership. She has received numerous accolades, including the Gold AREA Award for the Most Influential Women in Property in Australia - as the inaugural award winner - and has been a finalist in the Telstra Businesswoman of the Year.
Kylie's journey to excellence is driven by her passion for accountability, curiosity, competency, kindness, and the development of high performance. She opened her first office at 21, where she was a high-performing agent. As General Manager and shareholder, she led the executive team and department heads to scale Di Jones to NSW's No. 1 operation. Kylie is known for her astute business acumen, her directness, and her ability to drive profit and build unbreakable trust within organisations and EBUs to support strong, enduring culture. She has successfully negotiated some of Australia's most high-profile acquisitions and mergers, and is laser-focused on identifying competency gaps and opportunities to help clients improve performance, strategy, and results.
Since 2021, Kylie has grown REGROWTH to be a leader in coaching and consulting across the property sector. She is one of the most sought-after trainers and coaches in Australia and New Zealand, and has recently been invited to speak as a keynote speaker in America.
