Kylie Walsh
Recognised as one of the most influential professionals in property, business, and leadership expert Kylie Walsh has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Kylie has been the recipient of several industry and business accolades including the Gold AREA at the REA Excellence Awards and a finalist of the Telstra Business Woman of the Year award.
Kylie’s own journey to excellence has been fuelled with an unrelenting passion for nurturing, coaching and developing teams around her. An authentic leader, she believes that customer experience ripples from the inside out. Kylie enjoys collaborating and working alongside industry professionals to create best in sector products and services, and as a result, delivering long-term market share and profitability for agents and agency.
Beginning her career in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, Kylie later moved to the bush where at the age of 21 she bought her first office in Tamworth. Not only an ambitious young business owner and agent, but Kylie was also an entrepreneur who turned that Elders office into a local market leader and one of the top-performing offices for the Elders network nationally.
Returning to the city, Kylie embarked on a successful corporate real estate career where she honed her skills in operational management, mergers and acquisitions, performance coaching, and exceptional relationship management with both Elders and LJ Hooker on state and national levels.
In her most recent role as general manager and brand shareholder of DiJones real estate, Kylie scaled the brand from one stand-alone office in Woollahra to dynamic and high performing network of over ten offices across Sydney and the Southern Highlands.
In January 2021 Kylie decided to embark on her own consulting and coaching business, REGROWTH with Kylie Walsh.
